How we handle requests
Verification and timing.
- We verify requests proportionately to the sensitivity of the data and do not retain identity documents longer than needed.
- Marketing suppression is applied immediately and never later than 10 business days, and propagates to all sending vendors.
- Deletion, correction, access, and portability requests are logged with the outcome so fulfillment can be demonstrated.
- You may use an authorized agent where applicable law permits, and you may appeal or complain to your supervisory authority.
