These Terms govern your use of KSMmodel.ai and the KSM™ AI Visibility Assessment. By using the site or requesting an assessment, you agree to these Terms.

1. Assessment authorization

You may submit only a public website you are authorized to have assessed. By submitting, you confirm that authorization. We may decline, pause, or delete a request that appears unauthorized, abusive, automated, or unlawful.

2. Nature and limitations of the assessment

The assessment is an evidence-based diagnostic produced under a published methodology version using publicly observable signals available on the assessment date. It does not guarantee placement, citation, recommendation, traffic, or revenue in any AI system or search engine. AI platforms, data sources, prompts, and retrieval methods change continuously. Every report states the methodology version, assessment date, evidence date, and limitations. See the methodology.

3. No professional advice

Assessment output and site content are provided for informational purposes and are not legal, compliance, financial, or investment advice.

4. Intellectual property and attribution

The Knowledge Structuring Model (KSM™) was created by Dr. Anthony Q. Bowen. The framework may be referenced and cited with proper attribution to Dr. Bowen and the original publication:

Commercial scoring, certification, white-labeling, platform integration, and publication of KSM™ scores for third parties may require written authorization or a license. Site content, reports, and marks may not be resold or represented as your own framework.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, overload, or attempt to bypass technical controls.
  • Do not submit false identity or authorization information.
  • Do not use the site to infringe rights or violate applicable law.

6. Communications

Email verification and report delivery are transactional and are required to fulfill your request. Marketing email requires your separate, optional consent and can be withdrawn at any time. Telephone or SMS contact occurs only through a separately requested consultation, and we do not use robocalls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or automated marketing texts.

7. Warranty disclaimer and liability

The site and assessment are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, traffic, rankings, or business opportunities.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms, the methodology, and the assessment scope. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms.
