KSMModel.ai LLC (“KSM™,” “we,” “us”) operates ksmmodel.ai and provides AI visibility consulting, audits, and related services (the “Services”). By using this site or engaging our Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms govern general use of this site and our Services.

2. Who We Are

KSMModel.ai LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company.

3. Services Description

KSM™ audits, AI visibility consulting engagements, and educational or research content are provided on an advisory basis. Audit scores, recommendations, and roadmaps are professional opinions based on the KSM™ framework methodology and do not guarantee specific search ranking, AI citation, or business outcomes.

4. Intellectual Property

KSM™, Knowledge Structuring Model™, the KSM™ scoring formula, framework diagrams, and related materials are the intellectual property of KSMModel.ai LLC. Audit reports and deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use upon full payment; underlying framework intellectual property is not transferred.

5. Client Engagements

Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for consulting engagements are governed by a separate signed agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement between KSMModel.ai LLC and the client. These Terms govern general site use; the signed agreement governs the engagement.

6. Payment Terms

Fees are due per the terms outlined in the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Disclaimers

Services and site content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty concerning accuracy, completeness, availability, or results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KSMModel.ai LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, traffic, rankings, citations, data, or business opportunities arising from the site or Services.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or unlawfully access the site or Services, or infringe another party’s rights.

10. Changes and Governing Law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
